1. Scope and responsibilities
AI-SMART AUTO PRIVATE LIMITED operates the Smart Booking customer application and platform. Participating salons manage their own bookings, membership packages and sales records. A matching phone number does not authorise access to another company. Company selection and phone verification or a previously verified password are required.
2. Data and purposes
We process your phone number, company-scoped account identifier, name and login credentials to authenticate your account. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; verification codes expire. Your salon may supply your name, email, birthday, membership details, bookings, purchases, service details, discounts, payment method, GST and package balance to display your own profile and receipts. Booking notes and support messages are processed when you provide them.
Technical records include IP addresses, request/error timestamps and messaging delivery identifiers/status for security, delivery and troubleshooting. We use these data to provide the features you request, not for cross-company customer discovery. We do not request device location, address-book access, advertising identifiers or payment-card credentials. The app has no advertising or advertising-tracking SDK.
3. Providers and sharing
Tencent Cloud hosts the platform. Meta/WhatsApp delivers authentication codes and salon booking messages. MaSe supplies salon membership and purchase records where the salon has enabled the integration. Data are shared only as needed for the requested function and authorised company. AI-assisted salon messaging is separate from the app; when you choose to contact a salon, its messaging service may process your messages. External maps and WhatsApp links open their respective services and are subject to those services' policies.
Providers may process information outside your country. Appropriate safeguards and applicable contractual obligations must be considered. We do not sell app personal information. Contact us about providers relevant to your account.
4. Saving, PDF and security
An opaque login token is saved on your device to restore sign-in; passwords and codes are not saved in device web storage. Receipts are fetched for your verified account. A PDF export is prepared locally and an iOS temporary sharing file is removed after sharing completes or is cancelled. Copies you explicitly save or share remain in the destination you choose.
We use HTTPS, access controls and company-scoped verification. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain active account data for the service and necessary security records for their relevant purpose; data no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Backups and lawful retention may take additional processing and must not restore a deleted active account.
5. In-app account deletion
Open My account → Set / change password → Permanently delete account now. Read the explanation and confirm. The app deletes your account profile, password and login sessions for the selected company; all devices using that account are signed out. No call or email is required to initiate this deletion. Other company accounts are unaffected. Signing in again with a verified phone creates a new local account.
If your salon enables the closure button at the bottom of My account, you may instead request closure with a three-calendar-month recovery period. All devices are signed out and the account is disabled immediately. Your profile and password hash are retained until the displayed deadline in Singapore time. Within that period, verifying your full phone number or previously verified password presents a separate restoration choice; verification alone does not reactivate the account. After the deadline the app account, profile, password, login sessions and recovery record are permanently deleted. Existing signed-out tokens are never revived. Permanent deletion without retention remains available before submitting a closure request.
Deletion does not cancel a salon appointment, refund a package or erase MaSe sales receipts. The salon separately controls records needed for existing services or legal obligations, including sales/tax records. Contact the salon for access, correction, lawful deletion or package/booking changes; we can assist within our authorised role. This is not a promise to retain all business records indefinitely.
6. Rights and contact

AI-SMART AUTO PRIVATE LIMITED 运营智约顾客 App 和平台。入驻门店分别管理预约、会员配套及销售记录。手机号相同并不授权跨公司查看资料；需先选择公司，再验证手机号或使用验证后设置的密码登录。
2. 资料与用途
我们处理手机号、当前公司的账号标识、姓名和登录凭证，用于身份核验。密码保存为加盐哈希，验证码有时效。门店可提供您的姓名、邮箱、生日、会员资料、预约、消费项目、优惠、付款方式、GST 和配套余额，用于展示本人资料和账单。您填写的预约备注及支持消息也用于提供所请求的服务。
技术记录包括 IP、请求或错误时间、消息编号及投递状态，用于安全、投递和排错。不用于跨公司寻找客户。App 不申请设备定位、通讯录或广告标识符，不索取银行卡凭证，不含广告及广告追踪 SDK。
3. 服务商与共享
腾讯云托管平台；Meta／WhatsApp 投递验证码及门店预约消息；MaSe 在门店启用对接后提供会员和消费记录。仅向获授权的当前公司及必要服务商提供所需资料。门店的 AI 辅助消息服务独立于 App；您主动联系门店时，其消息服务可能处理对话。外部地图和 WhatsApp 链接适用各自的隐私政策。
服务商可能在您所在国家之外处理资料，应考虑适用保障和合同义务。我们不出售 App 个人资料。您可联系我们了解与账号相关的服务商。
4. 保存、PDF 与安全
设备仅保存不透明登录令牌以恢复登录，不在网页存储中保存密码和验证码。账单按本人验证身份读取。PDF 在本地生成，iOS 临时分享文件在完成或取消分享后移除；您主动保存或分享的副本由所选目标保存。
我们使用 HTTPS、访问限制及公司隔离；无法承诺绝对安全。账号资料按服务需要保存，安全记录按有关目的保存，不再需要的资料应删除或匿名化。备份及依法保留的数据可能需另行处理，不能恢复已注销的有效账号。
5. App 内注销账号
打开“我的 → 设置 / 修改密码 → 立即永久注销账号”，阅读说明后确认。系统删除当前公司的 App 账号个人资料、密码和登录会话，所有使用该账号的设备退出；无需打电话或发邮件才能发起注销。其他公司的账号不受影响。再次验证手机号登录将建立新的本地账号。
门店开启“我的”底部注销按钮时，也可申请保留3个自然月的注销。所有设备立即退出，账号立即停用；账号资料和密码哈希保留至页面显示的新加坡时间期限。期限内重新验证完整手机号或已验证后设置的密码，会提示是否恢复，单独验证不会自动恢复。期满后永久删除App账号、个人资料、密码、登录会话及恢复记录；旧登录令牌不会重新生效。申请前仍可选择不保留资料的立即永久删除。
注销不会取消门店预约、退还配套或删除 MaSe 销售单据。门店单独管理完成现有服务或依法保留的业务记录，包括销售及税务单据。资料查阅、更正、依法删除及配套或预约变更可联系门店；我们在授权范围内协助，不代表所有业务记录无限期保留。
6. 权利与联系
